About US
Having spent many years observing human behaviour patterns and techniques used within society, we embarked on a journey which essentially changed our lives forever.
That journey was called Hypnosis.

Combining our previous experience in Human Behaviour and techniques from Hypnotherapy, we have gone on to develop new methods which ensure greater effectiveness under hypnosis. We soon surpassed other Hypnotherapists' success rates all due to these new methods.

The Power of Hypnosis
For years, Hypnosis has been depicted as all powerful and magic-like. In reality, it is a rather natural phenomenon, where a person can relax to the point of feeling anesthesia in their own body. This allows them to access parts of the mind that typically in our "everyday" heightened state is impossible. With the help of Hypnosis, people are able to enhance any area of their life in just minutes, instead of years.

What is Hypnosis?
Some of you maybe wondering what Hypnosis really is? Perhaps you have watched Hypnosis portrayed in movies or perhaps you have heard of people experiencing Hypnosis.

Quite Frankly, Hypnosis is a combination of a very deep level of relaxation and concentration. Every person has experienced a light level of Hypnosis, often within the last five minutes before falling asleep at night. Sometimes we can be doing something and not really be all "there". This often occurs when listening to music or can even happen when driving a car or watching a movie.

It is because of the natural-ness of Hypnosis that allows everyone to enjoy it. Despite popular belief the only factor which would hinder somebody from enjoying the benefits of Hypnosis is themselves. Thats right, contrary to movie-portrayals, you cannot Hypnotise someone who does not wish to be Hypnotised. Furthermore, there is a saying in the industry that ALL Hypnosis is SELF Hypnosis. This simply means if you are willing to experience, you can (and vice versa).

The Following are some other points relevant to Hypnosis that are often public misconceptions:

  • You cant be Hypnotised without wanting it.
  • You cant get 'stuck' in Hypnosis
What happens if the therapist stops giving you suggestion is you will either:
Get bored and fall into normal sleep OR
    Simply wake up.
  • You wont tell anyone anything that you wouldnt normally feel comfortable mentioning.

Because the mind is guided into this very deep level of relaxation, it requires feedback from the therapist in order to stay deep, otherwise the mind will wander and the client will awaken.
